I really like how this app handles notifications. It lets me know when my ride is on the way, if anything changes, and where I need to be without me having to keep opening the app every few minutes. I’ve used a few other ride apps where the updates feel late or way too vague, but this one keeps it simple and useful. It’s a small thing, but it makes the whole experience a lot less stressful

I used moia.io the drop-off was convenient. I was kind of expecting to have to walk around or figure out where I was supposed to go, but the driver stopped really close to where I needed to be. It was a simple ride and saved me a bit of hassle. I’ll admit it, I’d probably use it again...

I’ve used Moia a few times now, and overall the drivers have been okay. But i’m kind of worn out from services that feel like they’re just trying to get through the ride as fast as possible. One trip in particular felt a little too quick around corners, and the braking was hard. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it did make me feel less relaxed than I’d like. I just wish it felt a bit calmer and safer.

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than it should have and I had to follow up twice to make it happen. It was frustrating having to chase for something that should’ve been handled automatically. after the extra hassle and waiting around, I’d expect some kind of compensation or goodwill gesture.

Overall, I feel like my data is handled safely here. Privacy seems okay to me, but I do wish settings were bit clearer and easier to understand. Some options feel hidden, so having more simple explanation would help.

The app works well for me!! Booking rides is super easy, and I like being able to check the times without much hassle... The only thing is, the map can be a little slow to load sometimes, which gets kinda annoying!!! But overall, it does what I need it to do

I booked a few rides through moia.io and it mostly went smoothly. The times were usually accurate, and everything was easy enough to manage. There was one small delay, which at first had me thinking, great, here we go again... but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, it felt reliable.

The ride was mostly okay, and the van seemed clean enough. Uh, the seats did start to feel a little hard after sitting for a while, though. Since it was a shared ride, we took a few extra turns too, so it wasn’t the smoothest trip. Not a bad experience, just kind of average comfort-wise for me.

The driver got close to where I was, but the pickup pin was a bit confusing?? Took a minute to figure out where I was supposed to meet them!!!

I reached out to support and they actually replied fast. They helped enough to get things moving, and it kind of felt like they already knew what the issue was, maybe they’ve been seeing it a lot lately. Either way, it was a decent experience.

I’d probably give Moia 4 stars for accessibility. The vans are easy to get into, and the sliding door is really helpful when the street is tight or there isn’t much room.

The inside feels nice and roomy too, which I appriciate. It doesn’t feel awkward if you’ve got bags with you or if you just need a little extra time getting settled.
The only downside is that the pickup spots can sometimes be a bit farther away than I’d like, so it’s not always as easy as it could be. Still, overall it’s been a good experiance.

I’ve been using moia mostly for trips across town, and the coverage has been really good around my area. What I like is that it doesn’t just cover the obvious city-center spots, it actually reaches the little places I end up going, like the side street near my apartment and the stop a few minutes from work.
I’ve had a few pickups close to home and a couple near the office, and the walking distance has usually been totally reasonable. I notice stuff like whether the pickup point is on the right side of the street or if I have to cross at a weird corner, and so far it’s been convenient. better than I expected

I actually appreciated that moia.io puts the pricing out there without making you schedule some sales call first. That always makes me suspicious, so seeing the numbers upfront made it a lot easier to compare and figure out whether it would fit my budget.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I still wish a few things were spelled out better, like what happens if usage goes up or if you need extra features later. It seems honest overall and not pushy, but I’d still want to read the fine print before fully trusting it

I’ve been using MOIA a few times a week for the past couple of months, the detours have been way less annoying than I expected. Every now and then there’s a quick little loop to pick someone else up, but most of the time it feels reasonable.

At first, I thought shared rides would mean spending ages driving around the city before getting where I needed to go. After a few weeks of regular rides, though, I’d say most trips have still felt fairly direct. I can only remember one ride that dragged on longer than I would’ve liked.
For a shared ride, I’m totally fine with that. The price, comfort, and how easy it’s been to fit into my weekly routine make it worth it for me. Definitely 5 stars from my side.

Last time I used it was at night, and the driver found me really quickly because the pin was right on the spot. It made the whole pickup feel a lot less stressful. Easy 5 stars from me.
